WBEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
173, and. the plans, speoifictations and estimt3 of cost there-
of, and. no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RiOLITED BY THE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAiiff That Resolution No. 2321, adopted December 7th,
1925, ord.ering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 173, be, 'and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
