A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SswJ''K IMPROVEMENT 172.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
172, and the plans, specifications and estimate of post there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAII: That Resolution No. 2320, adopted Deoember 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 172, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND :ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
