ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 171.
WHEREAS2 the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
171, and the plans, specifications and estimate of cost there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2319, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 171, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
