A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 170.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. Id., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, beard.
all objeotions presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
170, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate of cost there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLUIISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIALII: That Resolution No. 2318, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 170, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
