A RESOLUTION CONFIRBIING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 169.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. M. Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persona to the oonfir-
metion of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
169, and the plane, specifications and estimate of cost there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2317, adopted Deoember 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 169, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
