RESOLUTION NO. 2386.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVFMENT 168.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard.
all objeotions presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
168, and the plans, epeoifioations and estimate of cost there-
of, and no ob jeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2316, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 168, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember , A. D. 1925.
