A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPED VEL NT 167.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, beard
all objeotions present( by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolut f A ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
167, and the plane, speoifioations and estimate of post there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2315, adopted Deoember 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 167, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
