ORDERING SANITARY SEWER I tPROt It1 NT 166.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. Id., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heer&
all objections presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
166, and the plans, specifications and estimate of coat there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOV, THEREFORE, tE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THH
CITY OF L1IAMI: That Resolution No. 2314, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 166, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
