ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 165.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o*olook P. M', December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objeottons presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
165, and the plane, speoifioations and estimate of oost there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TSB COMMISSION C$' TH3
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2313, adopted Deoember 7th
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 165, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
