M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard all objeotions presented by interested persons to the confir- mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 159, and the plans, speoifi©ationa and estimate of cost there- of, and no objection was sustained, NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMbd.ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2292, adopted November 23rd, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 159, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
