A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REFOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 146A.
WHEREAS, the.City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o' olook P. Y,, December 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
146-A, and the plans, epecifioatione and estimate of post there-
of, and no objection woe suptained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION MISSION OF' THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2291, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 146-A, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D, 1925,
