A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 304
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00..
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21et, 1925, after legal notice, beard
all objeotions presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 504, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of oost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP TEN
CITY OF LIAMI: That Resolution No. 2290, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 304, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
