ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 303.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meetirg held at 3:00
o'clock P. Mi, Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by intere►tted persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 303, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of ooat thereof, and no
objeotton was sustained, .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 0OMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2289, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 303, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
