A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLtUTION
ORDERING HIGNWAY IMPID VEMEN T 309.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21et, 1925, after legal notioe, beard
all objections presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 502, and
the plans, apeoifi nations and estimate of cost thereof, and no
pbjeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2288, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 302, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
