A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 301..
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 301, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of oost thereof, and nd
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED HY THE COMMISSION OF TgE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2267, adopted November 23rd.
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 301, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
