A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 299.
WHEREAS, the City Oommieeion at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 299, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2285, adopted November 23rd
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 299, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed,
PASSED AND ADOPi`ED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
