A RESOLUTION CONFIRIrI NG THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 298.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M. Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, beard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 298, and
the Plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIZIISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2284, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 298, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADO�TED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
