ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 296.
WHEREAL., the City Commission at a meeting held at 3100
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21et, 1925, after legal notioe, beard
all objeotions presented by interested persona to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 296, and
the plans, speoifioations and estimate of oost thereof, and no
{
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2282, Adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 296, be, and the same is
hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
