A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEN3NT 293.
WHEREAS, the City Commission'at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, beard
all ob jeotions presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 293, end
the plans, speoifioations and estimate of post thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL rPD BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2279, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 293, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
