A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 290.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, beard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 290, an&
the plans, apeoifioations and estimate of oost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLvsD BY THE COMMISSION OF TEE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2276, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 290, be, and the same is
hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
