A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 289.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 5:00
o' olook P. iL'i., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objeotions presented by interested persons to the.00nfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 289, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of post thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2276, adopted November 23rd,
1926, ordering Highway Improvement 289, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
