A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING TO RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 287.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 287, and
the plans, speoifioations and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CCMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2273, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 287, be, and the same is
hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
