A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 286.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o' olook P. M. , Deoember 21at, 1925, after legal notice, beard
all objeotions presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mat{ on of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 286, and
the plane, speoifioations and estimate of post thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 00MTSSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2272, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 286, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
