A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RES0LUTION
0BDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 285.
WHEtthAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
oVlook P, M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all ob jeotiona presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 285, and
the plans, speoifioations and estimate of post thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLMIISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2271, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 285, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
