A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVNT 283.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 2111, 1925, after legal notice, beard
all ob jeotions presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 283, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIA1I: That Resolution No. 2269, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 283, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21et day of December, A. D. 1925.
