A RESOLUTION CONNIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 280.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. Li., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 280, and
the plans, specifiaations and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C( MIS;AON OF THE
CITY OF IdIIAMI: That Resolution No. 2266, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 280, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
