A RESOLUTION COI'IRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 279.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clook P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 279, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2265, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 279, be, and the same is here-
by, confirmed.
