A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IJJ PROVail:MT 278.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held. at 3:00
o'olook Y. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all ob jeotions presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 278, and
the plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION CF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2264, adopted. November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 278, be, and the same is here-
by, confirmed.
PASSED An ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember., A. D. 1925.
