A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 277.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all ob jeotions presented by interested persons tr, the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 277, and
the pleas, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and ttO.
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2263, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 277, be, and the same is here-
by, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
