A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT 276.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
of olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 276, and
the plans, speoiftoations and estimate of poet thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, TORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY 0r MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2262, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 276, be, and the same is here-
by, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
