A RESOLUTION CONFI LINK THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING HIGHWAY IMPROYEEENT 276.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 300
o'olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Highway Improvement 2764 and
the plane, specifications and estimate of ooat thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2261, adopted November 23rd,
1925, ordering Highway Improvement 276 be, and the same is here-
by, confirmed.
PASSED AN D ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1926.
