A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT TO PHOENIX UTILITY COMPANY FOR
ERECTION OF A TEMPORARY WAREHOUSE AT POWER
PLANT OF SAID COMPANY UADER CERTAIN CON-
SitI0N8 SET FORTH BREW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMIs
That the Building Inspector be, and he is hereby,,
authorised and directed to issue a building permit to the
Phoenix Utility Company for the construction and erection
of a temporary warehouse for Miami Light do Power Company
at the Power Plant, with the understanding that the said
Company will remove such temporary warehouse within one
year from December 9,.1925, and with the further under-
standing that said Company shall not hold the City res-
ponsible for any damages if the City, in the event the
Company does not, remove the building at the end of the year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, A. D.
1925.
