A RES OLU TIOIJ AUTHORIZING THB CORRECTION OF
AU ASSESSMRNT AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTY DP -
SCRIBED HEREIN AND 17.174 CORRECTION OF THE TAX
AGAINST SAID PEMPERTY ON THE GENERAL ASSESS-
MENT ROLL OF THE CITY OF COCONUT GROVE, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Tax Assessor reports that the property
described as:
"Lot 6, Block 1, ;7. A. Rice's Subdivision",
appearing on the General Assessment Roll of the City of Coconut
Grove for the year of 1925 at page 40, has been over assessed in
the amount of 060,000.00 due to a typographical error in copying
the tax roll, and recommends that the assessment and tax against
the property be corrected on the said Assessment Roll.
