A RESOLUTION CANCELLING THE ASSESSMENT AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE REMOVAL OF THE SAID PROPERTY FROM THE
GENERAL ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE TOWN OF SILVER
SLUFF, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Tas Assessor reports that the property
described as:
"Lots 85 to 89, inclusive, Block 47,
Lots 33 to 38, inclusive, Block 53,
Lots 7 to 10, inclusive, Block 56,
Lots 8 & 9, Block 57,
Lots 24 to 26, inclusive, Block 60,
East Shenandoah",
appearing on pages 23, 25 & 26 of the General Assessment Roll
of the Town of Silver Bluff, for the year of 1925, has been
duplicated on the General Assessment Roll for the City of Miami
and the Tax Collector recommends that the assessment against
the property described above be cancelled and the description
removed from the said Assessment Roll,
NOW, THEREFOR., BB IT iiiiiSOLV D BY THE CCLfl ISSIOIT OF THE
CITY 02 LiIAiJI :
Section 1. ;hat the assessment against the property here-
ivabove described for city tuxes for the year 125 in the amount
