A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TAE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, A QUIT...CLAM DEED TO CERTAIN FlOPERTY DESCRIBED HERE/N. WHEREAS, in order to widen North Fifth Street as it appears on a map recorded in Plat Book "B" at page 41 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, it was necessary to sebure from the property owners on eaoh side thereof a strip of land suffioient in width to accomplish said purpose, and WHEREAS, by deed dated December 16, 1924, Theodore P. Berg and Delia M. Berg, his wife, dedicated for street or highway purposes only the following described land, The South 10 feet of the Ei of Lot 17 and all Lot 18 Block 68 North, of the official map of the City of Uiami, Florida, as recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and t°"1.1+1 COMMISSION MEETING OF DEC i 4 - F.SOW I ION REMARKS: . .„ ....... WHEREAS, it appears that the said deed executed by Theodore B. 3erg and Delia M. Berg, his wife, is in error in that said deed conveys all of Lot 18, Block 68 North, when it was the intention of the parties executing same to dedicate otly the South 10 feet of Lot 18, Block. 68 North, together with the said South 10 feet of the 21,1.- of Lot 17, Block 68 North, and. WHIWilAS, in order to correct the error it is necessary that the City of Miami, Florida, convey to Anders Zristensen all of said Lot 10, Bloc': 66 North, save and except the South ten (10) feet thereof, NOW, THEREFORE, BE 12 RESOLVED BY THE COLIM S ION OF THE CITY OF MIAUI: That the City Manager be, and he iu hereby, au- thorized to execute, for end on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, a quit -claim deed from the said City of Miami, Florida, to Anders i:ristensen to Lot Lighteen (16) Block Six%, -eight (66) North, of the official map of the City of Miami, Florida, as re corded in the 2ublic aecords of Dade County, Florida, save and 11 except the South ten (10) feet thereof, for the purpose of correcting the error made in deed dated December 16, 1924, by Theodore P. Berg and. Delia M. Berg, his wife, as hereinabove set forth. PASSED AUD ADOPTED this 14th day of December, A. D. 1925.
