Seotion 1. That the City Manager of the Oity of Miami be;-anL
he is hereby, authorized to execute a permit granting end giving, in-
sofar as it is within the power of the City of Miami, to the Seaboard
Air Line permission to oonetruot a single line of standard gauge rail-
way traok over and upon Flagler Place from Al a Street to Tamiami

Seotion 2. t before granting of the permit to lay said single

forth, and as condition precedent thereto, the Seaboard Air Line
nter into and file with the City Manager a good and sufficient surety
bond to be approved by the City Attorney in the sum of $100,000, pay -
City of Miami, a municipal corporation, to indemnify, save
nd hold harmless the said City of Miami from all claims, debts and
judgments of any person, persons or corporations occasioned by or a-
rising out of the granting of this permit for the construction of the
said railway of the Seaboard Air Line.
Seotion 3. That the permit authorize?, by this resoll:tion shall
be null and void after December 7, 1927, in the event the said Sea-
board Air Line should not complete the oonatruotion of said single
line of standard gauge railway track upon the street ho e„i.1t1Eii cove set
forth prior to the date.
