A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIRRWMT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE
CITY OF 1!.,I OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami
acquire for street purposes the following described property
to -wit:
Lots Fifteen (15) Sixteen (16) and. Twenty-six
(26) of the First Addition to Waldin Court in
the City of Miami, Florida, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 23
of the 2ublic decords of Dade County, Florida,
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
being the same property oonveye- to A. G. Rhodes
and J. H. Collins by Warranty Deed dated March 8,
1924, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida,
in Plat Jook a,O, at kaze 411 of the Public
cor6s of Dade County, norida.
