A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE
CITY OF MIIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami ac-
quire for street purposes the following described property,
to -wit:
The West Half (W) of Lot Eleven (11) and all
of Lot Twelve (12) of Block Two (2) of Garden
of Eden, an addition to the City of Miami,
Dade County, Florida, according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 12, in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary
and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY Or LIIAMI :
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth
in this resolution is necessary and :should be acquired for
street purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to institute the necessary
legal proceedings in the name of the City of Miami for the
acquirement by said City by eminent domain of the following
described property, to -wit:
The .Jest Half (1,7) of Lot Eleven (11) and all
of lot Twelve (12) of Block Twp (2) of Garden
of Eden, an addition to the City of Miami,
;lade Count;;', Florida, according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 12, in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for Dude Count:;, Florida.
