A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
SR. 176.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
ImprovementSr. 176 as follows:
Laying a 36 inch vitrified Sanitary Sewer from a
point approximately 33 feet north and 115 feet east of the
southwest property oorner of N. E. Bay Shore Drive and
N. E. 10th Street, to the sewage screening plant, with
necessary manholes, connections with and crossings of exist -
tag laterals and sewers, alterations to the present bar
screen of the sewage screening plant and other necessary
appurtenanoes.
Relaying sidewalks, pavements, curbs and gutters where
such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
The property againdt which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated. District Sr. 176.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1925.
