A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT SR. 172.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THB CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 172 as follows:
Laying a 21 inch vitrified 8anitary-n3ewer approximately
17 feet east of the west property line of N. E. Bay Shore Drive
from N. E. 2nd Street, to N. E. 4th Street with necessary man-
holes, connections with existing laterals and sanijary sewers
and other necessary appurtenanoea.
Relaying sidewalks, pavements, curbs and gutters where
such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
The property against which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District Sr.. 172.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, A. D. 1926.
