A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL IMPROVEVMNT SR. 169.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made uneer Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 169 as follows:
Laying a 15 inch vitrified Sanitary Sewer at or near
the center line of East Flagler Street from N. E. 2nd Avenue
to 11. E. Bay Shore Drive with necessary msnholes, connections
with existing laterals and sanitary sewers and other necessary
appurtenances,
Forty-six 8-inch cast iron laterals to connect the said
sewer to the property line of the following lots and parcels:
CITY OF MIX:I, roRTH
Block 118 F Lots 11 to 20, inclusive
Block 119 K Lots 4 to 7, inclusive
31oc 120 IT Lots 3 to 15, inclusive
Relaying laterals, sidewalks, pavements, curbs and gutters
where such relaying is made necessary by this improvement.
The propFtrt,r aainst which secia1 assesr.iearLs for the
cost thereof shall be made is hereby designated District Cr. 169.
