A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL Il,TROVEMNT SR. 168.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMIISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 168 as follows:
Laying a 12" vitrified. Sanitary Sewer approximately
19 feet south of the north property line of E. Flagler
Street, from N. E. 1st Avenue to Y. E. 2nd Avenue with
necessary manholes, connections with existing lateral and
sanitary sewer and other necessary appurtenances.
Fifteen 8-inch cast iron laterals to connect said sewer
to the property line of the ±'ollowinC 1otlots and parcels:

Lloclzs 117 r Lots lr.:; to 20, inclusive
aelayin,_- sidewalks, pavements, curbs and Gutters where
such relayin is made necessary by this improvement.
The iroperty aeainst which special assessments for the
cost thereof shall be made 1.2 hereby designated District Sr. 168.
