A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL =MOVEMENT SR. 166
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO12:ISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a local improvement described and designated as
follows shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement Sr. 166 as follows:
Laying a 10-inch vitrified Sanitary Sewer approximately
6 feet east of the projection of the west edge of the west
sidewalk on S. E. Bay Shore Drive from the center line of
S. E. 1st Street to a point approximately 15 feet north of
the north line of S. E. 1st Streets, with necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
RelayinE pavements, sidewalks, curb and. cutters where
such relayinc is made necessary by this improvement.
The property acainst which special assessrnents for the
cost thereof shall- be made is hereby designated District Sr. 166.
