of Miami, Florida, traffic conditions and the general welfare of
the City make desirable the opening and widening of N.E. 3rd Ave-
nue northerly from N.B. 13th Street to the s, utherly line of the
so-called Charles Deering :state property so that such avenue be-
tween said northerly and southerly lines above mentioned will have
a width of 100 feet from property,- line to property lisle throuhout,
and that N.E. 15th Street from Bay Shore Drive to N.E. 2nd Avenue,

FURTHER RESOLVED that the Action bereinabove taken oontem-.
plater2 the donation, dedication or oonveyanoe to the City of
Miami of a right of way through the so-called Charles Deering
Estate and. Miami Shores so that said N.E. 3rd Avenue will ex-
tend as a 100 foot street northerly from the Southerly line of
said Charles Deering Estate property into Federal Highway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of Deoember, A.D. 1925.
