A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LMPLOYMENT OP
COL. F. W. ALTSTAETTER AS CONSULTING ENGINEER
OF MIAMI HARBOR PLAN AT A SALARY OF T!'012,000
PER YEAR, PAYABLE MONTHLY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUISSION OF TR7 CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, au-.
thorized to employ Col. F. W. Altstaetter as Consulting Engineer
in the development of .Miami Harbor at a salary of $12,000 per year,
payable monthly, the City also to pay certain traveling expenses.
Section 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized to enter into a contract, for and on behalf of the City
of laami with Col. F. W. Altstaetter for his services as consult-
ing Engineer, said contract to be in form and terms approved by
the American Society of Engineers.
