A RESOLUTION OONNIRMXNG THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY LATERAL IMPROVEMENT
NO. 8.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held
at 3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1925, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of the resolution ordering
Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 8, and the plans, speci-
fications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objeotion
was sustained,
NOW, TFERRIPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2239, adopted
November 16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Lateral Improvement
No. 8, be, and the same is hereby, oonfirmed,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1926.
