A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY LATERAL IMPROVEMENT
NO. 7.
WHEREAS, the City Commi.eion at a meeting held
at 3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1925, after legal
notioe, heard all objeotions presented by interested
persons to the oonfirmation of the resolution ordering
Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 7, and the plans, speoi-
fioations and estimate of cost thereof, and no objeotion
was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CGMMI8SI0N
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2238, adopted
November 16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Lateral Improve-
ment No. 7, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
