A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER WROVEMENT 161.
WAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'olook P. M., November 3Oth, 1926, after legal notioe,
heard all objeotiona presented byinterested persons to the
oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 161, and the plans, specifications and estimate
of post thereof, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0I[MISSI0N OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2234, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 161, be, and
the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
