A RESOLUTION OONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 160.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'olook P. M., November 30th, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
oonfirmation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 160, and the plans, speoifioations and estimate
of post thereof, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CIT.( OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2233, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 160, be, and
the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
