A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 158.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
3:00 o'clock P.11[., November 30th, 1925, after legal notioe,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation 6f the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Im-
provement 158, and the plane, speoifioations and estimate
of cost thereof, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2232, adopted November
16th, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 158, be, and
the same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of November, A. D.
1925.
